Safari permits are issued by the Rajasthan Forest Department, and their rules decide most refunds. We explain exactly what applies to your booking before you pay.
If we can't confirm your safari
If you have paid but your safari cannot be confirmed because of unavailable seats or a technical error, we refund the full amount to your original payment method and let you know on WhatsApp.
If you cancel a safari
- Forest Department permit fees are generally non-refundable once a permit is issued.
- Our service charge is non-refundable once the permit is issued.
- Vehicle charges may be partly refundable depending on notice given. Ask us for the exact amount.
- No refund is due for no-shows, late arrival or missing ID on the day.
If the park cancels
If the Forest Department cancels a safari because of weather, an emergency or an official order, any refund follows the department's decision. We pass on whatever is refunded to us.
Hotels and packages
Each hotel has its own cancellation rules, which we share with you before booking. Package refunds combine the safari rules above with the hotel's policy.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
