Who we are
Ranthambore Safari Tour is an independent travel agency in Sawai Madhopur. We help with safari bookings, hotels and transport. We are not the official website of Ranthambore National Park and are not affiliated with the Government of Rajasthan or the Rajasthan Forest Department.
Bookings
- All safari bookings depend on availability in the Forest Department system.
- A booking is confirmed only after we send you confirmation with your permit details.
- Safari type, zone and shift are allotted under park rules. A specific zone cannot always be guaranteed.
- You must give correct names and ID details. Permits cannot be changed after they are issued.
On the day
- Report 30 to 45 minutes before your shift with the original photo ID used for booking.
- Late arrivals may not be allowed to join, and no refund is due in that case.
- Follow the instructions of your guide and driver and all park rules.
Wildlife and weather
Wildlife sightings, including tigers, cannot be guaranteed. Timings, routes and park access may change because of weather, Forest Department orders or other conditions outside our control.
Prices
Prices are not listed on this site. The final price is confirmed on WhatsApp or phone before you pay. Government fees may change without notice.
Hotels and third parties
Hotels, vehicles and other services are provided by independent operators. Their own terms apply, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions, though we will always help you resolve any issue.
